NUCLEID ACID STAINS

STAININTM GREEN STAIN

StainINTM GREEN allows staining of nuleid acids (ssDNA, dsDNA und RNA) in both agarose and polyacrylamide gels during electrophoresis. The dye is detectable under the UV or blue light and documented with the same filter as similar green dyes. As blue light has no negative effects on the DNA, StainIN™ GREEN is ideal for DNA extraction from gels for cloning.
