agreement.6.You own the disk on which the program7data is recorded, but you acknowledge that you do not own the

program7data recorded on the disk. You also acknowledge that the program7data is furnished 8!S %S,8 and

contains copyrighted and7or proprietary and confidential information of Thomson Business and Economics , a di2ision

of Thomson $earning, %nc.9.%f you do not accept the terms of this license agreement you must not install the disk and you must return the disk

within 9: days of receipt with proof of payment to Thomson Business and Economics for full credit or refund.

There are limitations on your rights:

.You may not copy or print the program7data for any reason whatsoe2er, e1cept to install it on a hard dri2e on a singlecomputer, unless copying or printing is e1pressly permitted in writing or statements recorded on the disk.

6.You may not re2ise, translate, con2ert, disassemble, or otherwise re2erse engineer the program7data.

9.You may not sell, license, rent, loan, or otherwise distribute or network the program7data.;.You may not e1port or re0e1port the disk, or any component thereof, without the appropriate U.S. or foreign

go2ernment licenses. Should you fail to abide by the terms of this license or otherwise 2iolate Thomson Business and

Economics< rights, your license to use it will become in2alid. You agree to destroy the disk immediately afterrecei2ing notice of Thomson Business and Economics
