Used to talk about how much time you’ve been
doing something.• Ex: Hace dos anos que soy estudia espanol.

FORMULAS Hace + time + que + conjugated verb
• This verb is used to talk about how much time you’ve been doing something.
• Ex: Hace trienta y cinco minutos que paula espera el autobus.
Hay + Que + Infinitive• This formula is used to alk about what needs to be done
or what must be done. It is very impersonal and is directed toward no one particilar.
• Ex. Hay que estudiar para sacar buena notas. Ir + a + Infinitive
• This formula tells what someone is going to do. Conjugate ir and leave what they are going to do in the infinitive form.
• Ex. Roberto va a hablar por teléfono con Lisette. Se Prohíbe + Infinitive
• This formula tells what is prohibited.• Ex: Se prohíbe fumar.
