Liberty One will be Markham’s first indoor retail/commercial mall with an office complex and its newest business hub covering 30 acres, with a two-storey retail component offering 650,000 sq. ft. (in Phase 1) of retail and amenity space and a 16-storey office tower — Markham’s tallest — offering 230,000 sq. ft. of office space. One of the primary infrastructure amenities for this hub will be the abundant parking – approximately 3,000 parking spaces distributed across a large surface parking lot and a vast 4-level above ground parking garage.

Highways 401, 404, 407 and Highway 7 efficiently bring in and disperse traffic from all four directions. Transit options abound with major TTC routes, VIVA and York Region Transit buses offering regular services on Steeles Avenue and Woodbine Avenue. Highway 7, a major east-west highway connecting most of York Region is located just minutes north of Liberty One.
