Preparation – Li Lu says that preparation is a must to cook any kind of dish perfectly. This way, you do not have to hurry to perform the next step while you are at the previous one. Read the recipe you want to follow from starting to end before you start cooking. There can be many things which are required to be ready in advance.

Frying Foods – Li Lu Jennings recommend you to avoid frying moist or salty food items. She says that fry foods at a low heat, because frying at high heat will lead to food sticking to the pan.

Hygiene - Li Lu says that take care of hygiene while cooking. Wash your hands before you start cooking. If you cook raw meat or any other type of non-veg food, you must wash your hands after cooking.

Wear clean clothes and use apron while cooking. Keep your hair at your back, so that hair do not enter the food while cooking or serving. Take care not to prepare food when you are not feeling well. Most important of all, wash fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, anything else before cooking.
