Through October 2016, the project moves forward with demolition of building one completed and tie back installation down to the 11th floor of building two’s neighboring building, water and sewer disconnection and approval of demolition drawings by New York’s Department of Buildings for building three. There are, on average, 20-25 workers on-site daily. To date, Lightstone has spent a total of $143.8 million on construction and acquiring the land, and Lightstone estimates that over 95 jobs have been created .
