NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of La Feria has received a Specifi c Use Permit request from the Fiesta de La Feria Planning Committee for the sale of alcoholic beverages on Saturday, February 25, 2012 during the Fiesta de La Feria all day festival. The legal description is Lot 17, Block 3, Original Townsite (physical location 124 East Commercial Avenue, La Feria, Texas) and/or Between Blocks 3 & 4, Original Townsite on FM 506 (100 Block of North Main Street). The present Zoning is “C-l” Restricted Commercial.

The La Feria City Commission will hold a public hearing and possibly take fi nal action on the request Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Commission Meeting Room, 115 East Commercial Avenue, La Feria, Texas.

If you are interested in forwarding an opinion regarding the proposed Specifi c Use Permit, but cannot attend the public hearing, you may submit comments in writing to: City of La Feria
