Neighbourhood Development Plan- Review- it has been agreed there will be no further discussions with reference to the Neighbourhood Plan for 12 months. Invoices for payment- Cornwall council £241.92 ref legal, Launceston Print Ltd £190.00 ref newsletter and £96.00 R Morley for cleaning services. We have received £152.23 payment ref VAT for the quarter. Expenditure for the year to 31st March 2018 Attached to our newsletter please find information regarding our expenditure for the year to 31st March 2018, March 2017 and our projections for the year to 31st March 2018. You will observe our expenditure for the year to 31st March 2018 was £22,450 less NDP costs of £2,654 = £19,796. For the year to 31st March 2017 the expenditure was £18,290.17. Our projections for the year to 31st March 2019 £19,395. Speeding of traffic- we are continuing to work with residents, the school and our county councillor regarding the speeding of traffic through Lewannick and thank everyone for their invaluable help and support. Date of next meeting- Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 17th July 19.30 at Polyphant Village Hall. Prior to the meeting Councillors will be carrying out their annual inspection of Polyphant Green. Our team is being led by Carole Newbery who has immense experience in working within our community. Carole is proving to be an invaluable team leader and is drawing upon her depth of knowledge within our parish to bring together a very special Remembrance week. She is being supported by a strong group of parishioners. We aim to have a display in the village hall leading up to Sunday 11 November. Memorabilia including accounts and photographs of the 1 st and 2 nd World War would be gratefully appreciated. Any history relating to relatives from our parish ,who served in the 1 st and 2 nd World War , can be sent to Stewart Quick, 9 Medrow, Polyphant, PL15 7PS. This will be an important event for our parish and it is hoped to bring our whole parish together in Remembrance.

Sleep proposed Joy White to act a

Chairperson. This was supported by Vicki

Jones. All were in agreement.

Resolution - Joy White accepted the position

of Chairperson.

(2) Appointment of Vice Chairperson -

Stewart Quick proposed Barbara Sleep to act

as our Vice Chairperson. This was supported

by Michael White. All were in agreement.

position of Vice Chairperson.
