Consultant - Client Relationships

This unit looks at how to establish professional working relationships with clients and understand how to optimise the impact of the client’s personality, competence, organisation role and level of authority. It deals with utilising feedback to build mutual trust and reciprocal respect with clients, investigates how to manage conflicts and improve working practices to maintain an effective relationship.

Professional, Ethical and Quality Standards in Consultancy Work

This unit covers the legal requirements of consultancy work and how to comply with professional and ethical standards or codes of practice in this field. The unit looks at how to resolve discrepancies and understand how to assure the quality of consultancy work to maintain professional boundaries and maintain client confidentiality.
