Perched above the idyllic Estate, the Homestead offers breathtaking views of the distinctively landscaped, fan shaped Levantine Hill vineyards which boast the finest premium vines planted in this picturesque valley. The Homestead has been meticulously designed with impeccable attention to detail ensuring our guests will enjoy its spacious entertainment areas, lush accommodation and amenities, and a substantial collection of

museum quality Australian art.

The Homestead has four luxurious guest suites with private bathrooms. A distinctive choice of dining areas caters for all moods and occasions. More than ten living and entertaining spaces ranging from the relaxed to the highly formal are available for our guests to enjoy, some of which are warmed by one of four grand open fireplaces. The Service

However thoughtful the Homestead has been designed, it is the personal service that will bring our guests back again and again. We go beyond the traditional, offering our guests a truly personal experience.

Pre-arrival, a Homestead experienced professional will consult with you to determine individual needs and preferences. This personal tailoring extends, but is not limited to, bedding and linen preferences, dietary requirements and special requests. Helicopter or chauffeured transportation, in-house cinema bookings,

private massages or Yarra Valley activities are easily arranged. As part of the Levantine Hill experience, our guests are encouraged to use the complimentary helicopter service for return transfers from the Melbourne

CBD. Alternative transport arrangements may be made upon request.

Upon arrival, French champagne and canapés will await our guests. At your leisure, our staff will provide a tour of the Homestead and its facilities, which are available to you to make your stay with us a memorable

one. We will ensure your every need is met - we are at your service.

Homestead Amenities

The Homestead offers guests an array of complimentary state-of-the-art facilities and indoor entertainment options. Guests have access to wireless internet, in-wall iPads, free Australia-wide phone calls, Foxtel and

Apple TV (including unlimited movies on demand). A 10 seat, gold class style cinema with access to Foxtel Box Office movies, a DVD library of over 2,000 titles and Apple TV movies are available for our guests’ use.

Gourmet snacks, ice cream and drinks in the cinema will be provided by prior arrangement.

Guests can unwind with a glass of wine from the Homestead’s 3,000 bottle cellar and read a book in the cosy, well stocked library. They are also invited to enjoy the ambience and warmth of one of the four grand open

fireplaces. Additionally, guests have access to a variety of games including Billiards, Foosball and PlayStation in the Games Room. For those so inclined, the Homestead’s extensive internal and external kitchen facilities

will be made available by prior arrangement.

Luxurious amenities, private bathroom, personal bathrobes, fully stocked mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities as well as a king size bed and the finest pillows, linen and goose down bedding will make the little time spent in a suite thoroughly enjoyable. Of course, every guest will be treated to the highest standard of service and housekeeping. Each suite is fitted with a large high-definition television with Foxtel access, an

iPod dock, a private safe, direct-dial telephones and a state of the art heating and cooling system.

The Culinary Experience

At the heart of a Levantine Hill Homestead stay is the artisan culinary experience. Guests are invited to discover the gastronomic delights of the Yarra Valley as well as its world-class wines. Included in a guest’s

stay is a daily delectable breakfast and late afternoon canapés. The Homestead chef uses only the finest and freshest local produce - specially catered lunches and dinners for guests can be arranged. Additionally,

gourmet barbecues or picnic hampers can be catered at the Homestead or around the Estate. All guests will have access to our magnificent cellar stocked with French Champagne and

award-winning Levantine Hill wines.

The Estate and Beyond

Levantine Hill Homestead is surrounded by 70 acres of picturesque land in the splendour of the Yarra Valley where a guest can experience countless hours of activities on or off the property. Guests are invited to do

some fishing in our well-stocked lake or take walks or hikes that suit all levels of fitness. Picnics can also be enjoyed at one of the beautiful settings throughout the Estate. In the months of February to April, guests may partake in the annual grape harvest. Similarly, guests are invited to assist in a truffle hunt at our own

Truffière between June and August.

We encourage guests to venture beyond the Estate if they wish to discover the charms of the Yarra Valley. Currently home to over 140 wineries and many other tourist attractions, the Yarra Valley is the largest wine district in Victoria and is recognised as one of Australia’s best cool climate regions. Staff will assist guests in the planning of winery tours, cheese tastings, hot air ballooning or any chauffeured or helicopter transport. A complimentary Mercedes vehicle is available for use by guests during their stay (subject to licensing and

insurance requirements).
