Mitch & Jenna Former Tenants 610 45 th Street Des Moines, IA 50312 To whom it may concern: We have been tenants of Paul Miller’s for a year and a half. During that time we have developed a very good tenet/landlord relationship. Paul has always made himself available when needed and has strived to not be intrusive upon us. Paul has been extremely flexible with our lease arrangements, especially as of late as we near the end of it. There have been many improvements that Paul has made to our unit just in the short time that we have lived there. The biggest of which was installing new vinyl siding on the duplex. It is evident that Paul cares about each and every rental unit that he owns and does everything that he can to keep his tenants satisfied. Though he never had to, Paul was always willing to mediate and help resolve any difficulties that we may have had with neighbors and/or other tenants.
