As Project Manager he has been in charge over all Static Site Guarding and Armed Escorts/PSD for all movement. The workforce under his command has been ranging between 50-100 staff. Mr. Deane was required to undertake variety of professional responsibilities. One of the most important for us has been the client cooperation. Where daily missions were to be coordinated and executed as well as training of the guard force and cross training with client. Gifted with creativity and sharp wit, Mr. Deane has through his personality and extensive network an excellent talent for interacting with anyone to solve duties entrusted him He is constantly gathering intelligence to make the client feel confident and safe; he is capable of doing things with speed. He has an analytical and pragmatic mind. He is active and industrious and takes pride in delivering good service. As a person, Mr. Deane is always well turned out. He has a sense of humour and easy manner. Mr. Deane has worked with extreme dedication and accomplished the jobs perfectly well. When DDG undertook an audit on the level of service provided by Olive Group on the ground, he took it upon himself to address each point in the report, most importantly the link between client and provider, and introduced training for the client to see what was expected by them in a crisis situation, static or mobile. I have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential employer. I am sure that he will let his future assignments benefit from his talent and ability.
