I’d like to take a moment and both personally and professionally recommend Jeff Streitmatter.

JJeff and I met on the UF campus over a year ago. My company was on the verge of creating an internship program

and I had the notional idea that Industrial Engineers would be the best academic fit for my company. After

meeting Jeff, I was impressed with his tenacity, follow-through, and his body of work on campus with the college

of engineering. I interviewed Jeff and had my executive team interview him as well. We made him an offer and

he decided to come on board as our first summer intern.

TThroughout Jeff’s time at LeadingAgile, he demonstrated himself as someone who could learn fast and get things

done. Because our internship program was new, Jeff was challenged with a significant level of ambiguity. This

required him to push through, get clarity from those around him, and establish context. I was consistently

impressed with his ability to solve complex problems, build support for his point of view, and confidently execute

a solution. There are some of my full time employees that struggle in these areas and Jeff did great.

WWe had Jeff on many customer facing assignments and he carried himself with confidence. Jeff has tremendous

energy, an affable and gregarious personality, and is able to hold his space with people much more experienced

and significantly older. For a college student, Jeff has deep understanding of systems and solid analytical skills. He

demonstrated leadership and fearlessness that is not common in someone his age. Jeff did a great job for us and he

is welcome to come back and work with LeadingAgile at any time.

OOn a personal note… I have found Jeff to be introspective and kind. I think he is a good person with high integrity.

Aside from my respect for his abilities, I have a tremendous amount of respect for him as a person as well.

Overall, I highly recommend Jeff to any employer. He is someone that can connect the dots and influence people.

We all enjoyed having Jeff in our company and are sad to see him go.
