This is a letter of recommendation for Ken Kelley based upon his work as an Information Systems Intel

Fellow at Adelante Mujeres in 2014. Ken exhibited a willingness to take ownership and deliver results

during his year in this role. He made valuable contacts and used them to acquire free and discounted

computers and software. He used his new network to obtain the service of a consultant at a discount to

develop a CIviCRM information database for the various programs in the organization. He worked with

this consultant to help establish the complex project scope and timelines and, to ensure the project

moved forward. These results will have a positive long term impact.

In his role Ken showed a willingness to learn, to help in areas beyond his scope and did so while working

successfully as a member of the team.
