Martin for employment. I have had the pleasure of coaching C.J. on the baseball team since August of 2016. During that time, I have witnessed C.J. demonstrate the leadership skills and determination necessary to be successful in the fast paced technological savvy work place of the twenty-first century. C.J. is an inquisitive young man who strives for excellence in every endeavor. For example, collegiate baseball requires an exhaustive amount of hours of practice and preparation each and every week. C.J. tackles these hurdles with time management skills that are extraordinary. He arrives early to practice and weight lifting and routinely asks for extra repetitions after practice. He does this all while earning a grade point average of 3.25.

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with complete confidence and enthusiasm that I offer my full recommendation of Christian (C.J.) Martin for employment.

Leadership comes in many shapes and sizes. C.J. is a leader who leads by example. Teammates and colleagues depend on C.J. to be level headed and thorough in his decision making. As a coach, you depend on having players who can lead on the field. I am proud that our players look to C.J. on the field and in the dugout.

Sincerely,

Rob Ehlers
