Submission of Letters of Intent
• Must be a 501(c)(3) or 509(a) status from the IRS.
• Applications may be for capital, project/programmatic, start-up, or technical assistance.
• Impact 100 does NOT accept grant applications that are for endowments, current operating expenses, partisan activities or programs, completed projects, individual churches, indigent care subsidy, travel, loans, or individuals.
• Funds cannot be regranted to other non-profit organizations.

Proposal Summary
• Project or program title • 2-3 sentence summary description of
project or program (500 maximum characters)
• Type of Request (capital, program/project, technical assistance, start-up)
• Total proposed budget for project or program requesting Impact 100 support

1. What specific need does the project or program address? Do you observe any disparities in these needs with respect to race/ethnicity, gender, (dis)ability or other marginalized groups?(1,250 character limit)
2. How does the proposed project or program impact the need described above (i.e., what does it do)? Please address how this project supports the organization's overall mission. (3,000 character limit)

3. Who is the target population for the project or program? Include the number of individuals the project/program expects to serve and the anticipated impact. What are the demographics (race/ethnicity, gender, (dis)ability, etc.) of those you expect to serve?(750 character limit)
4. What are the measurable goals this project or program hopes to achieve? (2,000 character limit)

Friday December 11, 2020 at noon.Impact 100 will accept the most recently submitted version of your Letter of Intent.
Late submissions will be declined without consideration (we rely on the electronic date/time stamp).
Please do not wait until the last hour to submit. Technical issues on your end may cause delays. If there are technical issues on our side, we will alert you and make concessions.
