September 10, 2013 DR. MILAGROS J. YANONG Director for Administration Dear Dr. Yanong: Good day! I would like to inform you that there are 41 headphones in the Speech Lab but only two are in working order. All the other headphones are either broken or malfunctioning rendering them unusable. Last year, the trouble with these headphones was still the same but no action was taken. The instructor had to make use of a microphone instead. May I request a replacement of all damaged headphones?
