This is to inform you that the Peer Facilitators had a meeting last 24 June 2011. We discussed on the

forthcoming Acquaintance Party on 01 July. One of the plans is to have interactive games for those

students who are available. The objective of this activities is to form camaraderie and friendship amongthe freshmen students and also to let them know each other. Here are the games that we prepare for

the said activity:

a) Pass the ball in this game each students are going to pass the ball to each other when the songstop, the on that got the ball is going to ask question that he need to answer.

b) Longest line- each group are going to help each other to form a long line, the group that has thelongest line will win.

c) Picture frame - the group will act the situation that the facilitators are going to instruct.d) Relay while each group are banded with straw on their foote) The Sewer each group are going to be given a roll of straw and one of the members must sew

his/her members until the last one.

f) Mary went to town in a group, each member are going one by one to wear a daster, umbrellaand basket and they will race around a post .

g) Sack raceh) Sisid marino there will be two basin that fill by water and flour inside these basin are some

coins that each members are going to get.

i) Calamansi relay each group had a spoon and calamansi, members are going to put a spoon ontheir mouth and put a calamansi on a top of it, each group are going to race.

j) Bahay, Baboy, Bagyok) Love me or hate mel) Shoot it there will be bottles in front of each group together with their spoon, each group is

going to race. The first group that can put the marshmallows, nips, pepper, and ping pong ball

on the bottle wins.

In this connection, we are requesting your approval for the things/materials needed for our

activities such as:

- Marshmallows (2 packs)- Calamansi (140 pieces)- Pepper (3 sachets)- Nips (2 packs)
