institution as Trainer / Instructress for the Caregiving National Certificate II program

starting September 2007 up to present.

As school administrator, I have allowed Ms. Nolasco a month’s vacation, I assure

you Sir/Madam that after her one month vacation in Ireland (from May to June of this

year) she will return to the Philippines particularly at CPV Philippines Training Center,

Inc., Tagudin, Ilocos Sur to resume her work as trainer / instructress.
