On behalf of President Clinton and the Peace Corps, I want to congratulate andthank you for compieting your service as a Peace Corps Voiunteer. You are nowpart of a great lradition of service to our country, and I hope that you wiii take pridein your conffibutions to the Peace Corps' legacy around the worid. It is my privilegeto present to you the enciosed Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of yourcontributions to development and international peace.
As you make the readjustment to life after your service as Volunteer, I urge you tomaintain your connection to the Peace Corps through one of our "third goal"programs, such as the Peace Corps Fellows Program and the World Wise SchoolsProgram. You aiso can join the National Peace Corps Association and participate inone of the manv iocai RPCV and country of service groups that are organized inmany cities across the United States.
As a returned Volunteer, you have a unique perspective on the country where youserved. Today, the Peace Corps' third goal-providing vour fellow citizens with abetter understanding of other peoples and cultures-has never been moreimportant. Therefore, I hope you will continue your Peace Corps service here athome by sharing your overseas experiences with people in your community.
