It’s a visual tool so get sight of the solution early.
The devil is in the detail.
• Understand technical field mappings and rules for displaying.
• Understand any non-standard elements in your system.
Know the timescale – give it focus and attention.

Agree what is sensitive data early.
Photos – technology can do it, sometimes harder to collect or garner organisation’s willingness to use.
The tool only shows what is in SAP – it’s a catalyst for change, not the instrument of change.

Carrot or stick consideration to how to use.
Delegate responsibility for different areas of the organisation.
