WELCOME

“I sincerely believe that there is more long-term upside potential for network marketing leaders that embrace the Leadership DEVELOPMENT Philosophy, than at any time in the 80+ year history of the network marketing business model”

Page 4: Lessons from the Network Marketing Trenches

• I would estimate that over the past 10 months I have communicated on phone, email, and one-on-one with a more diversified group of Network Marketing newbies, pros, company owners, and corporate staff as anyone.

Tonight’s 7 Principles, Ideas, & Philosophies have come as a result of those communications.

I got addicted to personal development, listening to those that had what I wanted, and learning at age 20, because instinctively I knew I had to.

Ah Ha Moment The first conscious paradigmShift I ever remember having

“ALL Successful Self-Made People basicallyTHINK THE SAME WAY”

“It is not important to me that I get this message in the market place, it is just important that it gets done” Vegetable Hydroponics Dude

After 15 years of watching the business model go deeper and deeper into a deep Fog. I could not find anyone who was teaching the full systematic team building methods that I know are necessary for developing duplicating teams.

So I had to do it, because it has to be done. Regardless of what anyone tells you, the truth is the business model is in a state of dissipation. Each of us can spend the next 15 years being part of the problem, or attempt to be part of the solution.

RIGHT NOW …My GOAL in 5 Years is have the option to be done

Page 9: Lessons from the Network Marketing Trenches

Most people never have the chance to meet someone who

has done what they are trying to do and willing to give them real

unbiased advise

Page 10: Lessons from the Network Marketing Trenches

Because at the top of every network marketing company you find 3%er, the only way to duplicate is to find other

3%ers

My focus has been to put togetherduplicatable systems that gave the

majority of people who stay involvedin the network marketing profession

over 90 days, the 27%ers like me, the opportunity to build duplicating teamsand a REAL BUSINESS while Waking Up

the 3%ers and say you can be 10X better!

#1 Ego & Greed bring down great companies and leaders in the business world. It is the single largest reason the network marketing business model is not dominating the entrepreneurial revolution happening around the world.

Confidence is Great - Ego is bad CONFIDENCE without proven systems in network marketing leads to all kinds of psychological & guilt issues if you sincerely care about people.

The biggest challenge in network marketing is helping people see their upside potential and improve their self image. When confidence crosses the line it becomes ego.

Entitlement, Cannot Learn from others, Complacency, Paranoia, Over reaching, Lose sense of reality Can’t learn from mistakes … blame. EGO IS ALWAYS A BAD INGREDIENT IN BUSINESS AND LIFE!

BEING vs. DOING

You are going to come to a fork in the road that is going to ask you to BE or DO. Play the game, or do real things. (What got me here is not going to get my team here)

Is there a difference between a Brown Noser who networks their way up & someone that puts in the work, that contributes a lot, accomplishes a lot and does real things and holds themselves to a set of principles?

Page 13: Lessons from the Network Marketing Trenches

It is ok to ask for help!

#2 Creativity is a Killerof Duplication

Creativity is an awesome gift in most businesses. If you are not grounded systematically it is a Network Marketing Killer. It keeps many talented distributors in the industry confused.

#3 MICRO-MANAGING YOUR TEAM IS REQUIRED

Dale people don’t like to be micro-managed that is why they become entrepreneurs. Your Masses book helped me see that Micromanaging is required to build duplicating teams. I bought your booklet in that late nineties, but didn’t read it until 4 months ago. “When the student is ready, the teacher will arrive”

Your webinar helped me get comfortable with this. Our team now tells all new people when they join. “We are following a training system from a guy that developed more 5-6 figure income earners than any generic teacher in the world. Do you want to plug into our training system, or do it on your own?” We then give them their top 20 Reasons & 50 names to practice with sheet and have them join the MLM Training Club.

I bought Leadership & The One Minute Manger read it, but didn’t get it until I read it again last month. I now have the courage to tell people what they need to hear, and give them a track to run on, and monitor their weekly activities. I can’t Thank You Enough. You are right this is exactly what my team needed.

If I had just taken the time to read this booklet years ago, I know your insights could have prevented me from rebuilding my team 4 times! I am now officially Calverted. Gordon Slavin

#4 It is Not About You (The Leadership Development Paradigm Shift)

“All my life I have persisted, worked hard, and had financial success.

It has taken me 4 years in network marketing and discovering your NO Fluff Podcast to understand, IT IS NOT ABOUT ME. I have friends at the top of every company and those of us that really care about our teams, are constantly trying to figure out how to help them make money. It is no fun watching the 27% struggle. I totally understand what you are teaching but personally there is a disconnect, because I was able to progress with my natural talents.

How can a 3%er like myself, really understand how to develop the right systems for my team members?

“Your long term income with the network marketing business model is in direct proportion to the number of LEADERS you DEVELOP on your team”

Teams are developed with people.

People need systems if you expect them to teach other people!

• 1) Weekly accountability is critical when building a team

• 2) All fears stem from fear of rejection, fear of failure and are masked as lack of knowledge because a clear system is not evident.

• 3) The Core principles of building a network marketing organization are being neglected. www.DaleCalvert.com/core They have been replaced with short cut theories and social media hacks because we don’t understand the REAL product in this business model is a WELL TRAINED DISTRIBUTOR.

• 5) I learned a lot, about group coaching. Would have been better to segment the group based upon experience.
