Program Planning/ Logical Framework
• What are our objectives?• What kind of impact do we want to
have?• What are our resources?• How do we get there?• How do we measure success?
Objectives Objectives should be simple, clear and
measurable. After X input(s), student will achieve Y
output(s). Short term (a single lesson)
Ex. After reading about and explore objectives, students will be able to generate at least 2 learning objectives for their own lesson plans.
Long term (a unit or series of units) Ex. At the completion of the teaching and
leadership course, students will be able to successfully design and deliver a lesson to their peers.
