•Different parts of the letter are positioned in such a way that the margin frames are even.
•The sides and bottom margins are of the width so that the message looks like a picture within a frame.
Mistakes committed in addressing the envelope jeopardize the message of the letter.
A properly addressed envelope should contain the following information to ensure the best service from the post office and to guarantee that the letter reaches the right person:
