TO PLACE A REQUEST

Discuss the requirement with the front office executive. Fill in the Service Request Form (SRF) Provide necessary documents that are essential to complete the transaction Make the required payment and collect receipt. The front office executive will provide you with a Turn Around Time (TAT) for the

Job . Once the job is completed, you will be notified. Any article/document can be collected from the reception.

TO PLACE A REQUEST

Turn Around Times are reasonable time limits set for the completion of a job.

Turn Around Times vary from job to job. Most Les Concierges services are completed within a working day. Some jobs like moving telephones etc. take longer.

Turn Around Times are realistic times. There might be cases where external factors that are beyond the control of Les Concierges can affect the TAT. In such cases, the concierge expert will notify you.

TURN AROUND TIME

• Your cost for availing Les Concierges Services is Actual Purchase cost + Service Charge*.

• The Actual Cost of Transaction is the value of the job to be done. E.g. If a Phone Bill is Rs. 699, that amount is the actual cost. Service Charges* are a nominal fee for the services rendered.

• They vary from service to service. Majority of the services have a service charge of Rs. 5-20.

• For specialized services such as party planning and event management, we charge a small percent of the actual cost.

• Some services such as Information services are free of cost. • For deliveries to areas other than your office desk, a transportation cost on actual is

also levied.
