Mr. Ginsburg, 37630 Howell, Li- vonia, owned the Leon Ginsburg Insurance Agency for 38 years be- fore retirement. Born in Russia, he was a Detroit resident 40 years. An organizer and past chairman of the memorial committee of JWV, he also belonged to Cong. Shaarey Zedek and Bnai Brith. He was a World War I veteran. Mr. Ginsburg leaves his wife, May; a son, William L.; two daughters, Betty F. and Mrs. Al- len (Shirley) Gilbert; a sister, Mrs. Elsie Schurgin; and two grandchildren. Psychiatrist Henry Gold, JNF Honorary President Succumbs in Mexico Prof. Henry Raphael Gold, noted psychiatrist, e m i n e n t religious leader and teacher, died last week in Mexico just before he was to have left for New York. Honorary prseident of Mizrachi, Dr. Gold was one of the leading figures in the religious Zionist movement. He had spoken numerous times in Detroit. An orator of note, he was widely known for his humor. $2,000,000 to be Raised for Louis Segal Memorial NEW YORK (JTA. )—A three- year program to raise $2,000,000 , for a memorial to the late Louis , Segal, general secretary of the ; Farband Labor Zionist Order, was adopted at the 29th annual con- ference of the Farband Division of the Israel Histadrut • Campaign at the Hotel Commodore. The New York chapters of Far- band will raise $500,000 of the na- tional quota, toward the establish- ment of Kiryat Segal, north of Tel Aviv. More than 600 delegates from 75 branches attended the conference, addressed by Mayor Navi of Beersheba. NY Rehabilitation Agency Cited for Aid to Disabled NEW YORK (JTA)—The Altro Health and Rehabilitation Services, an affiliate of the Federation of Jew i s h Philanthropies of New York, helped 2.281 patients during its fiscal year of July 1963 to July 1964, the agency reported this week. The agency received a citation of merit from the National Asso- ciation of Sheltered • Workshops and Homebound Programs, Inc., which lauded the agency for lead- ership "in the development of work programs for the disabled." Altro Work Shops, a subsidiary a the agency, offers on-the-job training and work adjustment skills through medical, social, psy- . chological and vocational services. Of the 2,281 patients, 411 were aided by the Work Shops. Resting Place for Torah Rabbi Hanina bar Idi said: "Why are the words of the Torah likened unto water (Isa. 55:1)?" Born in Russia. Dr. Bobtelsky was educated in European univer- sities and worked as a chemist in Germany before emigrating to. Palestine in 1925. He joined the Hebrew University faculty in 1927. Zionist Congress Delegate Succumbs in Jerusalem JERUSALEM (JTA) — Moshe Zitrinovsky of Philadelphia. a leader of the Farband Labor Zion- ist Organization, and a delegate of Ahdut Avodah at the World Zionist Congress which closed here Mon- day, died here Tuesday at age 70. Born in Poland, Mr. Zitrinovsky was one of the founders of the Poalei Zion Party. Attorney Schkloven Succumbs at Age 75

Leon • Ginsburg, member and past commander of Detroit Post 135, Jewish War Veterans, died Thursday at age 72.
