Given that first home buyers are struggling under the burden of affordability, this award is designed to recognise the lender best catering for the needs of this key consumer segment.

The investor lending market has been facing increased scrutiny in recent times. This scrutiny has resulted in a challenging environment for new and existing investment borrowers. This award will recognise the lender best servicing and supporting this sector.

• Overview of customer outcomes with details on how the customer has benefited.
