The Leipzig Interventional Course is committedto advancing the scientific and clinical evalua tion and treatment of patients with complex vascular disease through an interdisciplinary discussion ofnovel endovascular techniques.

LINC is a comprehensive and international live course designed to foster collaboration between colleagues of differing specialities and to promote the understanding and development of endovas culartherapies that can be incor porated into daily clinicalpractice.

The involvement of leading interventional centersfrom Europe, the USA, Asia and New Zealand as livetransmission sites, as well as the presence of inter -ventional experts as guest operators in our cathlabsand operating rooms will provide a broad coverage ofdifferent inter ventional approaches and techniques.

The organisers of the course and the members of the faculty would like to welcome you to the LEIPZIG INTERVENTIONAL COURSE 2011.

Welcome to LINC 2011

NEW @ LINC 2011

In 2011 we are very happy to continue extending our international collaboration with leading vascular courses:

LINC-2-ISETThe ISET meeting is one of the longest running and leading multidisciplinary inter -ventional live meetings in the US, with a strongfocus in interventional radiology.

In an attempt to facilitate a transatlantic discussion of innovation in the vascular field, the concurrently running ISET meeting in Miamiand LINC 2011 will join on Wednesday afternoonfor a transatlantic live session on innovativeendovascular techniques.

VIVA@LINC 2011VIVA – one of the leading multidisciplinary endovascular courses in the United States hasdefined excellence in professional education inthe field of vascular medicine over the years.

As part of a close collaboration, we are veryhappy to introduce live cases broadcasted fromfeatured VIVA live sites, as well as the VIVA ChalkTalk format – sessions with a limited number ofparticipants, dissecting specific technical topicsin greater detail than can be covered during larger symposia.

CX@LINC 2011Sharing the vision of interdisciplinary collaboration as the basis of innovation andpatient care, we are proud to continue our productive partnership with the Charing Crossmeeting by providing a dedicated CX@LINC programme on controversial topics and interdisciplinary debates.
