What issues could we face?

Well one main issue is Copyright when using music in our film we have to insure that all music is copyright free we can do this by creating our own music or downloading copy right free music. Also another copyright issue may be that the film could resemble another film with the title or style and the way its created so we have to be careful with this.

Another issue was that we had to gain permission to film luckily we were filming within school so gaining permission was relatively easy as we only had to ask a teacher, however as we are using a child we had to create a letter to ask permission from the child’s parents or guardians if we could use the child in our film.

We had to insure that there was no such defamation of character or there was nothing related to real life incidents as this could become an issue to people as they may have been affected by such issues.

Language wise we tried to minimize any use of strong language so we would reach our target audience of 12 and above, also we haven’t got any scenes of violence within the film. The film doesn’t show any scenes which I believe will offend anyone as it’s a straight forward film with a message.

We have to insure that there is no racism shown within the movie, there is no sexiest incidents and so on which could offend people and I believe we have done this quite well.
