Dear Friends of Legacy Christian School,

Your participation in our auction sends many messages. Placing this auction

as the priority on your calendar tells your children and friends that Legacy Christian School holds a special place in your heart. Enjoying an event

together will tell people around you that you value their fellowship and hold Legacy Christian School in common. Bidding, quietly, or furiously, beyond

the value of an item says, “what God has entrusted to me is being designated for a ministry I love.”

Writing that check at the end is a bold statement about how the investment

in the formative years of a child outweighs the purchase of things that could be bought anywhere. Enjoying what you have purchased throughout the

year is a reminder that Legacy Christian School makes a lasting impression

on thousands of people every day.

As you come together to enjoy a night of food, fellowship, and support of this great school remember that all proceeds go towards both tuition

assistance and other needs of the school like busses, roofs, and educational equipment. The portion of funds raised at this annual event for tuition

assistance help many families who want to see their children gain excellence in their academic and spiritual lives but are unable to pay the full cost of

their children’s education. Not only are these families helped but also the school as a whole by creating more growth opportunities.

No other ministry weaves a Christian perspective into the fabric of our

communities and churches like Legacy Christian School. Christian education uniquely prepares them to take on the spiritual leadership opportunities for

which God has created them. Your participation at this event reaffirms our

collective commitment and empowers us to help realize God’s vision for each student.

Auction Guidelines and Details

General Auction Guidelines 1. You must be registered in order to bid. After you register you will

receive a bidder number that you will use for the evening. 2. Certificates will explain details on making arrangements for

purchased items. 3. All other questions regarding auction purchases can be emailed to

[email protected]. 4. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal

checks are accepted at checkout. All purchases will be recorded under your bidder number.

5. If you enter a credit card at registration you will still be required to check out in order to verify all your purchases are properly recorded

and to obtain a receipt of your purchases.

Silent Auction Guidelines

1. Write your bid amount and bidder number on the paper provided next to the item.

2. Please respect the suggested minimum starting bid. Many organizations and LCS supporters have generously donated to our

auction and we hope to respect their donation by selling the items at or above fair market value.

3. Please raise bids by the suggested minimum raise. 4. You may bid as often as you wish until the table closes.

5. All bidder sheets will be stamped final and the winning bidder number will be circled when the table closes.

1. A $10 cash donation is suggested for the dinner.

2. You can pay via cash or list your bidder number on the sheet provided at the food table. If you choose to pay by listing your

bidder number, the payment method registered with your bidder number will be charged.

Live Auction Guidelines 1. The auctioneer will present an item for bid and give a brief

description. 2. To make a bid, raise your bidder number and the auctioneer will

acknowledge your bid stating the dollar amount offered. 3. Spotters positioned throughout the seating area will assist the

auctioneer in recognizing bidders. 4. If you are the top bidder on an item you will receive the item, or, if

you wish, claim check for that item to be picked up at the end of the evening.

Thank you for participating in the Legacy Christian School Auction. Due to IRS regulations, you may claim as a tax deduction only the portion of the purchase price that exceeds the

fair market value of the goods or services provided.
