NoneofthecomponentsoftheuengineDLEG2intADV(substrate,LED,electroniccomponentsetc.)maybeexposedtotensileorcompres-sivestresses.

Themodulesaremountedwith3screwspermodule.Inordernottodamagethemodulesonlyroundedheadscrewsandanadditionalplasticflatwashershouldbeused.

ThelightoutputofanLEDmoduledecreasesoverthelife-time,thisischaracterizedwiththeLvalue.L70meansthattheLEDmodulewillgive70%ofitsinitialluminousflux.Thisvalueisalwaysrelatedtothenumberofoperationhoursandthereforedefinesthelife-timeofanLEDmodule.
AstheLvalueisastatisticalvalueandthelumenmaintenacemayvaryoverthedeliveredLEDmodules.TheBvaluedefinestheamountofmoduleswhicharebelowthespecificLvalue,e.g.L70B10means10%oftheLEDmodulesarebelow70%oftheinitalluminousflux,respectivly90%willbeabove70%oftheinitialvalue.Inadditionthepercentageoffailedmodules(fatalfailure)ischaracterizedbytheCvalue.
