A Fisherman's Resort

I have "A Fisherman's Resort" open year round and have a manager while we are

away, but will be back in Mar. 30th. I've been running the off season rate of $79

per night/double occupancy + $20 for add on’s which is already a pretty good deal.

Bentler’s Bear Paw Inn

We would have availability with a minimum 2 night stay in our B&B at the end of

March. Our winter rates are $90.00 per night (2 guests and $20.00/extra

per guest) which includes a continental breakfast. Our large master suite

accommodates a family of 4 or 4 adults very comfortably. 2 Queen size beds. Totally

private unit with outside stairs entrance. We have a very nice website

very clean. We are very proud of it and hope anyone who stays with us will also like

Thank you for inquiring re rooms for your guests. My husband and I own The

Spyglass Inn and would be happy to provide rooms. We have two rooms

available.

One (the Captain's Quarters) has a king bed and a double Murphy(wall) bed.

For two people, I can rent it for $75 per night, and for 3, or 4, or 5 (the 5th

person would be sleeping on a blowup twin.) add $15 per night for each.

This room features a full bath, private entrance and private deck. It has a

microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator in the room.

pocket door to the bathroom, a universal height toilet, and a single step to

breakfast.

The other room (the Midnight Sun room) has a king bed and a single Murphy

(wall) bed. Again for $75 for two or an extra $15 for the third person. This

room has a 3/4 bath. A microwave and refrigerator is available in the hallway

outside this room. It is in the lower level.

I serve a full breakfast with eggs, a meat, fruit or juice, a fresh homemade

pastry (or waffles or pancakes) and homemade granola, with plenty of good

coffee.

Best Western Bidarka

During March and April 2010, we are able to offer a special rate of $69 per night for a

room with 1 or 2 queen size beds. The room also includes a microwave, small fridge,

internet access and a hot breakfast from 7-10 A.M.

Whalesong B & B

We would love to have the visitors and are happy to offer them a special happy

spiritual rate. Our nice B&B is located right in downtown Homer. The rate would

be $75.00 per room. There is a queen and twin in each room, private or shared

A Rosy Outlook B&B

I would like to offer at A Rosy Outlook B&B a 20% discount for your guests if they

book for at minimum of two nights.

I have two rooms available. One has a queen bed and the other two extra long twin

beds.

I only rent to one party ( of up to 5 guests)at a time because there is a Jack and

Jill bath between the two rooms. (The bath is attached to both rooms, not down the

hall).

My rates nornmally are $125 a night for two people and $25 a night each for up to 2

addtional guests. I can take one more person if they don't mind sleeping on a very

comfortable portable bed. So for four guests, that is a total 0f $120 per night, plus tax.

That includes a full home cooked breakfast.
