LOAEL ( lowest observed adverse effect level) means the minimum value of the amount to which it is known that health problems appeared. It is said LOAEL== minimum toxicity amount = amount of the lowest health problems appearance. Such health problems collects and refers to the case of an excessive intake from supplement etc
