Team Ground Rules and GuidelinesWhat are the general expectations for all members of the team? Salatethia- Learning teams should complete all assignments that have been equally divided amongst us, and submitted in the time frame expected. All work need to be completed to the best of our ability, and if feeling overwhelmed let a team member know. Most importantly respect one another as we communicate.

All members should consider that we are a team and time is valuable.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)

Salatethia- All team members should participate in discussion, communicate with each other and most importantly be available at the time specified.

Team members should communicate effectively so that there will be no misunderstanding. If a member cannot participate or have an emergency someone on the team should be notified.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and CollaborationWhat strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?Salatethia- The strategy I will use to ensure contributing, is making sure we are being fair, communicating and contributing equally. We need to help one another when needed.

What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences?

Salatethia- I believe the closer we work together, and get understanding from one another, this team will be successful. If there is a problem, let us know so we can address it as soon as possible.
