tolerated not!&uite "ell. 'er ma(or complaints #ad %een $atigue, loss #er

"eig#t and insomnia. Be$ore starting a t#ird cycle o$ treatment, s#e

e)perienced some *isual #allucination, and emotional distur%ances. T#e

doctor presumed t#ere are anot#er metastatic site o$ disease in t#e %rain.

 T#e drug responses occur many distur%ances in #er meta%olism, make #er

nausea, and sometime *omiting.According to t#e $amily, all o$ in$ormation a%out t#e symptoms made

#er *ery an)ious. T#at is t#e reason, #er $amily meet and ask to t#e doctor

to keep all t#e %ad ne"s a%out #er disease. T#e doctor must let only t#e

$amily kno" t#e reality, and t#e patient only kno" t#e good ones, so s#e "ill

get %etter impro*e and reco*ery.
