Learning from the CHI Inspection Process
Sunderland Teaching Primary Care Trust Partnership
Purpose of the day
• To share learning from the CHI inspections that have taken place so far in the NE
• To help PCOs to think about how they can prepare effectively for their own CHI inspections
• To consider forthcoming changes in the inspection regime
Key Questions
• What can we learn from organisations who have already gone through the process?
• How can we prepare effectively, bearing in mind the resource pressures in our organisations?
• How can we ensure that the process is a learning experience for the organisation and helps to improve health and healthcare?
