• We have a total of approx 80 courses being offered in a year• Every employee is to compulsorily go through minimum 4
days of training in a year• Trainings attended in a year have a weighting in the appraisal
and impact the final increment being awarded• Total number of trainings in a year are 210• A rigorous follow up on training imparted is done to gauge
the training effectiveness• We liaise with the field constantly to tailor programs
according to their needs
