LearnEx offers a wide variety of skills programmes /short courses which are derived from our full qualifica�ons. Theaim is to deliver quality and impac�ulprogrammes in a short �me. Enrol your staff for industry aligned short courses, accredited skills programme, customised workshops and online short courses to best accommodate the desired audiences.

At LearnEx Educa�on, individuals can choose to study towards a full qualifica�on such as the ICB Accoun�ng Programme or a cer�ficate in ICB Business Literacy which is the first unit towards comple�ng a full ICB Accoun�ng qualifica�on. Alterna�vely, there are short courses which will help you master your workplace skills.

A Learnership is defined as a work-basedroute for learning and gaining qualifica�ons.It includes both structured work experience(prac�cal) and structured ins�tu�onallearning (theory). It includes both on-the-job and academic components. A learnership is not the only way to gain a full NQF qualifica�on; but does offer a very experen�al approach.

An LMS provides a flexible delivery vehiclefor specialised content to targeted audiences,such as partners, vendors, customers andmembers. A system with rolebased permissionsmakes it possible to segment content by typeof user. eCommerce features allow an organisa�on to charge for learning contentand increase revenue.
