Learnership Implementation

Division

The skills development facilitators will serve as an extension of the regional office capacity from the view point of the Seta’s operational requirement. The educational and training spinoff is the contact and consequent interaction between the skills development facilitator and member companies, particularly small companies, to add value to their training planning and execution. The role of the SDF will be limited to the scope of the service level agreement (NSDS II -2009/10 DOL/SETA SLA).This document seeks to define the role of the SDF within the parameter of the service level agreement. This approach is aimed at limiting SDF costs, while meeting minimum targets contained in the SLA.
