ExaminationsRegistrations and feesLearners aged 16-18 will not be expected to pay an exam fee. If you are over 19 you may be required to pay an exam fee andregistration fee for your course, these are normally collected atenrolment. 1. Course Representative. Course representatives promote learner views and meet regularly with the course team to discuss learning and ideas to improve the course.
2. Learner Surveys. All learners are able to complete learner surveysregularly throughout the year including the new Ofsted ‘LearnerView’ survey which gives you the opportunity to feedback directly toOfsted what you think about Stoke on Trent College. 7. Student Council. A monthly meeting of course representativesacross all areas focusing on cross college issues.

If you require minor hospital treatment, your next of kin will becontacted to collect you. If they are not available we will arrange a taxi for you. It will be their responsibility to arrange to collect you from hospital and take you home.

Learner Incentive SchemeThis scheme will ensure that sustained regular attendance by full time16-18 learners is rewarded.All learners will receive a wide range of incentives which will enablethem to participate more fully in the life of the College.
Learners who achieve 100% attendance (cumulative) will receive £50 at the end of each term.Learners who achieve between 90-99% attendance (cumulative) at the end of each term will be able to claim an incentive from within the college including a free meal in the College Restaurant, a freeworkout in the College Fitness Centre and free beauty treatments in the Lifestyle Spa.
