I want to start off by saying thank you to all of you for going out there and furthering our mission every day. We transform lives physically, emotionally, and financially, and we couldn’t do it without you.

The first quarter of 2016 has been incredible. If you were with us for our incentive trip in Jamaica, you heard our COO, Kale Carlile, tell you that we had the best January, February, and March in our company’s history. We also had a life-changing Transform U event in Los Angeles that helped kick off a surge of growth that we’re still experiencing now.

This next quarter, we have some big events coming up. First, we have another Transform U event in Iowa. If you’re not signed up for this event already, then you should get signed up now. We’ve got some big announcements to share with you, so you don’t want to miss it.

We’ll also be taking our Diamonds and above to the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana in June. We can’t wait to reward all of their hard work, and we hope to see you there.

As you can see, there is a lot happening this quarter, and it’s obvious that Yoli is growing by leaps and bounds. I’m excited for what we’re going to see this company do in the next few months. Don’t forget, we have something truly valuable to offer to the rest of the world, so get out there and transform more lives than ever in the next two and a half months!

What do you feel is the primary reason you achieved this high level of success?

We understood that if we want to achieve this level of success in Yoli, we needed the collective effort of a lot of people. We were able to accomplish this by helping our Members identify their goals and working closely with them. By simply being accountable to them, it created a relationship of trust and cooperation that allowed us to succeed. This rank advancement is simply a testament to the collective sacrifice of time and effort of a lot of our Members.

What is it like working with your significant other?

From day one of committing to building this business we knew that in order for this to work, we had to come together as a team. As expected, we encountered a lot of challenges and obstacles along the way to getting to Blue Diamond, and having each other to lean on for support and encouragement is truly a blessing.

What would you say to someone who is just starting out as a Yoli Member?

Product belief is key to building your Yoli business, so we encourage our new Members to experience and feel the benefits and the value of the products first. Having 100% belief in the products will create the excitement that they initially need to go out there and share this with all their family and friends.

We also share the value of the business side of Yoli. We feel this is important so they’ll have the “whatever it takes” mindset to benefit from the opportunity. Creating value right from the start develops the mindset needed in order for them to achieve success physically and financially.

How do you identify leaders in your team?

The cream rises to the top! The leaders in our organization identify themselves because they put in the effort. They are consistently doing BBPs, inviting, and helping their members. And it is no surprise that they are our leaders. They have demonstrated leadership skills and know what it takes to build a team.

What is your goal for 2016?

Our goal for 2016 is the same goal we have every year, which is to rank advance as many of our Members as possible. Personally, our ultimate goal is to have the time freedom and the money freedom so that we can live the life of our dreams. Our goal in 2016 is to get one more step closer to that dream.

Anything else you want to add?

We want to take this opportunity to thank the Founders for creating life changing products and allowing us to share them, for developing and setting systems in place that put us in a position to succeed, and finally for creating and nurturing a culture where everyone is given a sense of belonging, love, and purpose. And to all our mentors, leaders, and team members, we are deeply humbled and grateful for all that you have done for us.
