Customer service has started using white boards to use as quick reference for issues or instructions to orders.

We have implemented a white board for projects within the department. ECOs are tracked electronically but we monitor them through the white board.

Keeping things as simple as possible we have implemented visual scheduling to help smooth out our production flow. Everyone can see it and employees can see the future shop back log.

These are assembly carts that we use to make sure every part for a unit is accounted for and complete before we start the assembly process.
