WHAT’S IT MADE OF ?

Surface is an Isophthalic, Anti-bacterial Gel. This gives it excellentphysical strength properties,excellent handling characteristics,easy clean, high heat resistance andoutstanding corrosion resistance. Behind the surface coating is ahigh-end GRP (Glass ReinforcedPolymer) of a grade normally onlyused in Ocean-Going Yachts. This willensure many, many years of troublefree, water resistant showering.

Behind the GRP is a special ResinInfused Particle Board. This givesthe product extra rigidity andstrength and allows for the showerdoors, valves and additionalaccessories to be attached directlyto the unit without having to gothrough to the wall behind. Behindthe RIPB is another coating of GRP.This encapsulates the entire unit andmakes it impregnable to moisture.

Most leaks happen where the wall andtray are joined. Our product is mouldedand has no join at the back of the tray.
