Does using ICT have any impact?

Around the world there is lots of evidence that using ICT •improves attainment and achievement (including in GCSEs)•increases motivation, engagement•wider benefits such as concentration, cognitive processing, independent learning, critical thinking and teamwork•reduces truancy•using whiteboards (well) improves outcomes•engaging parents with ICT impacts on educational outcomes

However, it should be noted the e-maturity of the school has a large impact on outcomes.
