EDITOR’S LETTERWelcome to IFLR1000 Leading Lawyers Guide, a special IFLR supplement that presents aselection of leading financial lawyers – as judged by their clients and peers during theIFLR1000 research process. You will find the fullcomplement of over 4,300 leading lawyers in over 125 jurisdictions who were nominatedduring the research process at www.iflr1000.com. Each specialist has been independentlyoffered the opportunity to enhance his or her complimentary listing with a professionalbiography. We hope that IFLR1000 Leading Lawyers Guide will be a useful resource for thoseresponsible for hiring external counsel and anyone else with a professional interest in thelegal market. All information was believed to be correct at the time of going to press, but, asalways, we welcome your feedback on any part of this publication.
We owe the success of this guide to all those corporate counsel and private practitioners whocompleted questionnaires and spoke with our researchers. Our thanks to them, and of courseour congratulations to IFLR1000 ’s Leading Lawyers of 2013.
