1.WHAT IS A TEAM?2.WHO IS A TEAM LEADER?
1. A team is a unit of two or more people who interact and coordinate their work to accomplish a shared purpose or goals.
2.A team leader is typically a member of a team who provides guidance and support and has the ultimate responsibility for the outcomes of the team.

•Task- specialised roles; propose solutions and initiate
