In Conclusion
The concern is that we don’t have enough qualified Peer Mentors.
Specific- Who=SGA, What= Gaining qualified Peer Mentors, Where= Cleveland Job Corps, When= 4/14/14 4/15/14 4/21/14 4/28/14, Which= Background checks, including reputation on campus amongst students and staff, Why= It would give individuals a better first impression of Cleveland Job Corps.
Measurable- All of the members of SGA and all individuals of SGA Attainable- Create a group of Peer Mentors who enjoy doing what
they do, and can positively interact with the students. Realistic- Collect surveys that tell how Peer Mentors are affecting the
students they mentor, this will allow us to understand if they are doing the job correctly.
