Findings

• Statistical analysis with standard deviations revealed no significant difference between men and women.

• No patterns or trends were identified• Outliers among men and women were identified

that will likely require additional information and possibly salary adjustments.

• This database will become invaluable as comparisons are made over time.

Climate Survey

• 5 Faculty members from multiple schools in communication with the COEWH Directors, the HSC Vice President and the Deans
