TEEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAMSHamilton College, Clinton, NY

July 16-21, 2017 or July 23-28, 2017

t Hamilton College, experience living at a prestigious college campus. Enjoy delicious buffet-style meals in their dining hall. Recreational activities include challenge course and daily exercise.

Teens are assigned to small “core” groups that meet throughout the week creating bonds of friendship that last long after this one program. Our schedule varies every day with exciting small and large group activities that enhance teen leadership skills. Our environment is “judgment free” and teens can relax and be themselves. We believe everyone is a leader and it may look different. Teens leave with greater insights for each person’s talents and new perspectives for what is possible.

Our crew are enthusiastic college students and adults who create an atmosphere of trust, fun, and acceptance. Teens discover the power to make a positive difference and leave with strategies for creating a lifeworth following. We also havea crew-in-training program for

teens who have participated in previous programs and are entering grade 12 or college. Each crew member shares expertise that inspires teens to take action to reach their goals.

Our participants are student leaders in their schools or communities, or they may be individuals who want to experience leadership development to discover the best ways to use their talents as they pursue their career choices.

Our programs provide teens with many opportunities to learn from others who believe in the possibility of a dream. Teens leave with connections that remain beyond the program, ideas to explore, effective communication strategies, projects to implement in their schools and communities and a sense of confidence to take action and pursue their dreams.

Programs include housing, meals, transportation from/to airport, facility use, supplies, t-shirt and programming.

MEET TERESA & CREWTeresa D. Huggins created this program after 21 years as an educator and counselor.She integrated research and life experiences and designed a program with lasting results. With a MS in Education and a MS in Counseling, she has crafted a program that strengthens each individual to grow as a leader. Most of our program participants return for additional years and stay connected throughout the school year.

At Leaders for Life International, our staff is trained to implement programs that inspire teens to make a positive difference in their community. Through innovative activities, teens embrace their strengths and enhance their creative solution-making abilities. By discovering strategies that enhance their life, teens leave programs with a renewed sense of commitment to their future. They gain insights that expand what is possible in their life, discover techniques that support them as they navigate life’s challenges and become more open to what success looks like for them.

supporting Children’s Miracle Network, creating

projects and having fun after camp.

Influencing Others:

Fishers High School, IN, started a Leaders for

Fishers club with over 200 members creating monthly

projects that impact the school and community.
