Inner Strength. e.g. walk the talk, ethical,

does not compromise his/her values

2. Guiding Vision Intuition to know the way

and show the way Purpose driven. Cast vision

that inspires

3. Courage To do what is right To admit mistakes & willing

to take the blame

4. Strong Communicator Translate ideas, visions into

words. Body language, tone, metaphors, choice of words.

Emphatic listening (& EQ)

5. Passion Believe strongly in the

cause! So strong that it influences other to follow

Display of energy and vitality – being contagious

6. Task Competent Need to be strong in the

field of interest if to be a leader in that field.

i.e. Sportsman, Academic, Scientist, etc.
